RETURN YOUR ONLINE ORDER

Please ensure that your item meets our Returns Conditions before starting a return.


RETURNS CONDITIONS

RETURN CONDITIONS

For your return to be accepted, all items must be:

  • Unworn, unaltered and in original condition
  • Have all tags still attached, with all accessories and packaging included in the parcel

We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

RETURN POLICY

  • Full priced items purchased online can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note.
  • 'Final sale' and swimwear/bodysuits cannot be returned and/or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
  • For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • There is a $9.95 USD restocking fee for refunded items which is deducted from the refund total, this fee is waived for exchanges or store credit returns.
  • Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to return their order for a refund. Customers returning their order for an exchange or store credit enjoy an extended returns period of 21 days from the date of receipt. Any items received after this timeframe will be returned to sender

SALE RETURN POLICY

  • FINAL SALE - all items marked down as part of our Boxing Day Sale are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credit notes unless the item is deemed faulty. These items are marked as "Final Sale" on both the collection and product pages. .

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

BEC + BRIDGE cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel. Please include your name, address, order number and return number in the parcel to prevent delays in the processing or your return.

EXCHANGES

We offer one exchange for eligible unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 21 days of the original purchase date, in accordance with our return policy.

Final Sale and swimwear/bodysuits are not eligible unless deemed faulty.

If you would prefer to exchange your item, you can request this when making your return. To do so, click here. If the size, style or color is not available at the time of fulfilment, we will process a refund and/or store credit in accordance with our return policy.

PRICE MATCH POLICY
We are unable to price-match items that have been discounted during our sales period. If your order is within the return window and the item(s) are unworn and comply with our return policy, you can return it for a refund and repurchase at the discounted price. Please note, this applies to full-priced items only. Sale items are considered 'final sale' and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credit notes unless deemed faulty.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received an item you believe to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at returns@becandbridge.com.au with 3 - 4 images along with your order number and we will contact you with next steps.

REFUNDS

We endeavor to process returns daily Monday - Friday, but please allow up to 5 business days from the date the return parcel is received.

Once your return is received and inspected, our returns department will notify you of the status of your return. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take 5 - 10 business days to appear in your account due to the processing times of your financial institutions.

Shipping fees and duties and taxes from the original order are non refundable.
